For a multi-day, private, guided tour starting from Edinburgh (or elsewhere), inclusive of planning, driving, guiding, fuel, insurance, tax, parking, the guide-driver’s accommodation, and food, our price is from:

£690 GBP per day (one or two people)
£750 GBP per day (three to five people)
£790 GBP per day (six people)

Please inquire with us about pricing for 7 to 14 persons.

Your accommodation, food, entrance fees, and any ferry costs are not included in this private guided tour price. However, if you are booking a tour, we will help you source accommodations and food of the best quality and value, as well as advise you on when and where it is worth paying the entrance fee. This help is included in the tour price.

Typical transportation for a tour of Scotland, England, Wales or Ireland for up to three people is a Volkswagen Caravelle 2.0 TDI BlueMotion Tech 150 SE Seven-Seater Short Wheel Base with eight speakers, CD/Spotify/USB in/outs, microphone/PA (if needed), and air conditioning. This vehicle has good legroom, offers great visibility, and is comfortable. It has a small folding table and a magazine rack.

Four to Seven people…

we typically use a VW Shuttle SE Tdi 150 Nine-Seater Long Wheel Base with speakers, CD/Spotify/USB in/outs, microphone/PA (if needed), and air conditioning. This vehicle has bench seats and ample luggage space for four to seven people.


Special Tour Requests…

We can fit child and baby seats as necessary. Please note that for tours with a pick-up or drop-off point that requires extensive travel from Edinburgh and tours including Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, we will quote on an individual basis; tour requests close to the date of the tour may be subject to a surcharge. Please email Iain with your request.

For small group tours of over seven people, preferred transport is in a Mercedes-Benz coach with a driver and a guide. This experience is augmented by having a driver and a guide; for instance, a specialist whisky tour for a group of over six people with whisky expert Jock Shaw (see news). We can also use two or three vehicles and guide-drivers.

with Serenity Scotland Limited are fully protected for the initial deposit and subsequently the balance
of all monies received by us, including repatriation costs and arrangements, arising from cancellation or
curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of Serenity Scotland Limited.

There is no requirement for Financial Protection of day trips or single elements, and none is provided.

International Passenger Protection Ltd (IPP)

Serenity Scotland Limited has taken out an insurance provided by International Passenger Protection
Ltd (IPP) with Liberty Mutual Insurance Europe SE (LMIE) trading as Liberty Specialty Markets, a member of
the Liberty Mutual Insurance Group. LMIE’s registered office: 5-7 rue Leon Laval, L-3372, Leudelange, Grand
Duchy of Luxembourg, Registered Number B232280 (Registre de Commerce et des Sociétés).  LMIE is a
European public limited liability company and is supervised by the Commissariat aux Assurances and
licensed by the Luxembourg Minister of Finance as an insurance and reinsurance company. This insurance
is only valid for passengers who book with Serenity Scotland Limited. This insurance does not cover the
insolvency of agents, however, bookings through agents with Serenity Scotland Limited are covered in
the event of the insolvency of Serenity Scotland Limited.
