Fairy Places in Scotland

There are a number of fairy places in Scotland including now probably the best known, the Fairy Pools in Skye. I am always a bit reluctant to write about fairy spots and publish them online as personally I believe them to be very special places that remain even more special with their locus transmitted orally, and within oral narrative. I will make an exception with this one. Joanne and I made a fabulous short walk in Glen Creran recently and explored a Fairy Bridge. We were not disappointed. There is a natural magic in such spots which defies reason and description. We go in silence, awe and respect concerning that which we do not know.
